I'm going to say it, this is likely to be the no.1 best 'Food Hack' to curb sweet tooth. before we proceed, let's rewind back to the rice cracker itself. Depending on which one you pick, you have a choice of two (I'm not sure why someone would try this with the salt & vinegar flavour, but people are weird). We have chocolate or caramel, and for the sake of this recipe and because it's my personal favourite, I'm choosing caramel. Be aware, that there are a few more calories in the chocolate one.
There are 51 calories per cake which is pretty awesome from the get-go. These cakes are quite big, and if nibbled, can last quite a long time. Again, it's personal preference, but I'm a lover of crunchy peanut butter as there's a bit more going on than smooth. For these 'Food Hacks' the aim is to get the most bang for you buck out of them. More crunch = longer digestion process and more satiation. For the banana, depending on the size of it, make the pieces fairly large as you'll struggle to fit it all on the cake.
